WurlD, a Nigerian artist known for his unique blend of afrobeats, soul, R&B, and soul, has released his new EP, Don’t Get Used To This, under Addictive Content. The EP showcases a global sound that defies labels and borders, with no guest features and production handled by up-and-coming producers.

He explains that the project is centered on embracing the present moment, while also acknowledging that tomorrow remains uncertain. Born Sadiq Onifade in Lagos, Nigeria, WurlD began his career in Atlanta and has since evolved his sound through releases like I Love Girls with Trobul EP, AFROSOUL EP, and My WorlD with U.

After returning to Lagos during the pandemic, WurlD teamed up with his brother Muktar Onifade, a fashion designer and creative director and stylist, to form Addictive Content. Each track was co-produced with up-and-coming producers, except for “Location,” the project’s transportive third single, produced by Nigerian producer Sarz. Listen here.
