In the heat of high anticipation and excitement, the self-acclaimed Mayor of Lagos releases his long-awaited second studio album; ‘Back In Office’!

Released in October to coincide with Nigeria’s independence month, ‘Back In Office’ continues with the theme of his 2018 debut album ‘The Mayor Of Lagos’. The artiste is back on his mayoral seat. ‘Back In Office’ is a twelve-track LP showcasing his trademark vibrant Afrobeats with amapiano, pop, blues and everything in between. The rest of the record features notable collaborations; notably with Ghanaian songbird Gyakie and Nigerian rapper Victony among others.

The chart topper having amassed 200 million streams across various singles is on a streak dropping banger after banger and positively impressing listeners. ‘Back in Office’ is clearly a landmark release for Mayorkun and sees him take things up a notch.
